Internal Medicine Primary Care (IMPCP) treats patients ages 17 and up.<\/span><\/p>\n

Here at IMPCP our mission is to always treat our patients as we would treat our family.\u00a0 Our staff is dedicated to help make sure you are well taken care of.\u00a0 We have been a\u00a0<\/span>Patients Centered Medical Home<\/span><\/a> designated practice since 2011. As well as a Blue Cross Blue Shield\u2019s <\/span>Blue Distinction Total Care<\/span><\/a>. With our doctors being board certified.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our facility is located just south of Square Lake on Woodard Avenue west side. Our location has a lab and pharmacy located on the second floor as well as cardiac testing on the first floor.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are primary care physicians<\/span><\/p>\n

A\u00a0primary care physician\u00a0is a\u00a0physician\u00a0who provides both the first contact for a person with an undiagnosed health concern as well as continuing care\u00a0of varied medical conditions, not limited by cause, organ system, or diagnosis.<\/span><\/p>\n

Areas we most commonly handle are<\/span><\/p>\n

Primary care, Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma, Colds, Cuts Suturing, Joint Injections, Skin Problems, Immunizations, Physicals<\/span><\/p>\n

We also do:<\/span><\/p>\n

EKGs,\u00a0<\/span>Pulmonary function tests<\/span><\/a>, Monitoring of sugars,\u00a0<\/span>lipids<\/span><\/a>,\u00a0<\/span>hgba1c<\/span><\/a>, urine dip,\u00a0<\/span>urine microalbumin<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

We have an electronic records system since 2012 and, for your convenience, there is a patient portal, where you can check your test results, request refills or send a message to your doctor.<\/span><\/p>\n
